A pen for "drawing in the air": it melts PLA filament and extrudes it in a thin strand that hardens after a moment. This lets the 3D pen create three-dimensional figures, decorations, models and repair small plastic items. The manufacturer recommends it for ages 14 and up.

Operation

The display shows the settings, and filament feed speed adjustment lets you match the work to your skill level – slower for precise details, faster for filling large areas. To start, it is best to trace flat elements from the stencil and join them into solids. The pen needs no computer or software.

Note: the pen tip heats to a high temperature, so younger children should use it only under adult supervision. PLA filament can be bought separately in many colors. It is a creative gift for a teenager that develops spatial imagination and precision.
