A trickboard, or balance board, is a device that combines balance training with coordination and deep core muscle exercise. The Sportneer set is a 2-in-1 solution - the kit includes a board, a roller and a ball, so you can adjust the difficulty of the exercise to your own abilities.

Adjustable difficulty level

There are 7 challenge modes and 4 independent magnetic stoppers that let you conveniently set the range of motion of the board. This way, both beginners and people experienced in balance sports - skateboarding, snowboarding or stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) - will find the right level for themselves.

Solid construction

The board is made of high-quality birch and supports loads of up to 204 kg. The rollers are chosen so they do not scratch the floor, and the included ball is made of durable rubber resistant to punctures and damage during regular training.

Safe surface

The top surface of the board is covered with a matte material that provides secure, non-slip contact both in shoes and barefoot. The equipment works as a complement to strength training, aerobics or disciplines that require good balance, such as dance, gymnastics or martial arts.
