Portable static wheel balancer

A mechanical static balancer that lets you balance a wheel without electricity and without an expensive electronic machine. The wheel is placed on a centering cone, and the bubble level on the head shows which way the wheel tilts – where it is lightest, you stick on or hammer in weights.

Construction

• cones for hubs with a diameter of 3.8–10.2 cm,
• low weight – approx. 5 kg, easy to carry.

Use

wheel balancing of passenger cars and light vans in a garage, at a track, in a small tire shop or on a farm. This wheel balancer also works great for the wheels of trailers, ATVs and machines, for which an electronic station would not be cost-effective.

Static balancing removes the main vertical runout of the wheel and improves ride comfort.

Specifications

The set requires no calibration and is ready to use right after assembly.
