SwimCell – waterproof swimming safety whistles, set of 3

SwimCell – waterproof safety whistles

The set of three SwimCell whistles is a basic piece of safety equipment for open-water swimmers, water sports enthusiasts and anyone spending time by the sea. A whistle lets you quickly attract attention in an emergency, removing the need to shout for help, which can be ineffective over long distances or in strong wind.

Volume and construction

The whistle produces a sound above 85 decibels in a dual-tone pealess design (no ball), which means it works reliably even when wet – just shake it beforehand to remove excess moisture. The bright orange color makes the whistle more visible both in the water and on land.

Material and buoyancy

Made entirely of ABS plastic, the whistle has no metal parts that could corrode in contact with salt water. Thanks to its low weight (6 g each), it floats freely on the water's surface, making it easy to find if dropped.

Attachment and certification

Each whistle comes with a 90 cm lanyard and a clip, so you can attach it to a life jacket, tow float or backpack, or wear it around your neck. The product is certified to EN ISO 12402-8, the standard for accessories for personal flotation equipment.

Use

The whistles are suited to open-water swimming, kayaking, sailing, hiking and as a versatile piece of survival gear, useful in many situations that call for quickly alerting those around you.
