Thornton Axispower 8 - 8-channel powered mixer with built-in amplifier

The Thornton Axispower 8 is a powered mixer, that is, an audio mixer with an integrated power amp, so all it needs to work is passive speakers and microphones. It is suitable for band performances, rehearsal rooms, small PA systems, churches and events where quick equipment setup matters.

It is a practical mixer with an amplifier and an 8-channel mixer in one housing, with no separate power amp and extra cables.

Inputs and connectivity

The device has 8 input channels with combo jacks for microphones, instruments and line sources, as well as RCA, USB and Bluetooth connectors. You can play backing tracks wirelessly from a phone or tablet, and the built-in MP3 player reads files from USB drives and SD cards. Each channel has a three-band equalizer for setting the tone of a voice or instrument.

Effects and outputs

The digital effects section offers reverb and delay, which add depth to vocals. The balanced XLR main outputs can be connected to active speakers, and the Speakon and jack outputs power passive speakers through the built-in amplifier.
