The UNI-T UT216C is an advanced clamp meter that enables accurate measurements in various conditions.

It performs measurements such as DC voltage, AC TRMS voltage, DC current, AC TRMS current, resistance, capacitance, diode test, continuity test, frequency, temperature and non-contact voltage detection (NCV).

The UT216C meter has a maximum jaw opening of 30 mm, which makes measuring easier even in hard-to-reach places.

The measurement accuracies stated for the UT216C apply at a temperature of 23°C ± 5°C and relative humidity ≤ 80%. The recommended calibration period is 1 year.

UT216C - AC TRMS current measurement:

The frequency range of measured signals is from 40 to 400 Hz, and the overload protection is 600 A AC DC.

If the conductor is not placed centrally in the jaws, it may affect measurement accuracy, adding a measurement error of ± 1%.

The 60 A current range offers a resolution of 0.01 A, with a tolerance of ±(2.5% + 5 digits), while for the 600 A current the resolution is 0.1 A, with a tolerance of ±(2.5% + 5 digits).
