This product supports the PD (Power Delivery) function. To charge a USB-C computer or laptop through the USB-C PD charging port, make sure the expansion card and motherboard of your computer or laptop support the PD function. Otherwise, this product cannot charge your USB-C computer or laptop. The USB Type-C female port does NOT support data transfer, it only supports PD charging for PD devices. It does NOT support charging for HP laptops and tablets via the USB Type-C PD charging port. It is NOT compatible with Samsung tablets and the ASUS Zenbook UX330UA. Dell USB-C laptops with power charging enabled via the USB-C PD charging port require the use of an original power adapter of 55 W or higher.

Here are 4 ways to reduce USB 3.0 radio interference with the wireless connection of some laptops: Option 1: Connect your laptop to a 5 GHz Wi-Fi network. Option 2: Connect devices (e.g. mouse, keyboard and hard drive) to the USB 2.0 ports on your laptop. Option 3: Connect the USB 3.0 hub to your laptop using a high-quality USB 3.0 extension cable or a longer one. Keep USB 3.0 devices away from the host computer.
