The VEVOR CBJF-1DC280 ice cream machine is a catering appliance for making popular rolled ice cream, frozen yogurt and ice bars, intended for bars, cafes and dessert shops. The compressor-cooled work plate measuring 28 x 24 cm reaches the temperature needed to make ice cream in about 3 minutes, thanks to seamless U-shaped copper tubes.

Features that make work easier

The built-in defrost function, activated with one button, prevents the plate from over-cooling and the ice cream mix from sticking, so you can work without interruptions. The package includes two steel scrapers, which make it easy to form the characteristic ice cream rolls right on the work plate.

Materials and stability

The work plate is made of food-safe SUS304 stainless steel, and the outer housing of SUS201 steel - both materials are corrosion-resistant and easy to keep clean. Four non-slip feet keep the machine stable on the countertop during intensive use.
