VEVOR FF-Q904 – 37 l mobile sandblaster

A pressurized mobile sandblaster for treating large surfaces: wheel rims, frames, bodywork, agricultural machinery, gates and steel structures. The 37-liter (10-gallon) pressure tank holds a large portion of abrasive, so sandblasting can be carried out for a long time without breaks for refilling.

Efficient work

The device operates at a pressure of 60–110 psi (approx. 4–7.5 bar) and requires a high-capacity compressor. It uses an aluminum gun with flow control, and each ceramic nozzle in the set (1/8 and 3/32 inch) is much more durable than a steel one. A semi-automatic filler opening makes refilling and emptying the abrasive easier.

Equipment

• two 195 mm rubber wheels and a handle for rolling,
• working hose approx. 2.3 m long,
• pressure gauge and safety valve,
• two ceramic nozzles.

Effective rust removal, stripping of old paint and mill scale prepares the metal for primer. Always work in an air-fed helmet, gloves and protective clothing.
