VEVOR Safety Squat Bar

This is a training barbell with a total length of 221 cm, designed specifically for safe squats and other exercises that work the legs, back and upper body. The curved shape of the bar relieves the wrists and shoulders, distributing the weight more evenly than a classic straight Olympic barbell.

Durable construction

The barbell is made of 28 mm alloy steel joined with seamless welding and supports loads of up to 315 kg. The chrome finish protects against corrosion, and the knurled grip ensures a stable hold during heavy sets.

Comfort and safety

The area resting on the neck and shoulders is padded with foam, which reduces pressure points and spreads the load evenly on both sides of the body - this is especially important for heavy squats, where the comfort of the bar position affects exercise technique.

Training versatility

Besides squats, the barbell works well for training the back, chest, thighs, calves and arms. The 60.96 cm sleeves fit standard weight plates with a 5.08 cm (2 inch) hole, and additional weights can be placed on both ends to make the workout harder.
