Victool - 2200 W plunge saw with guide rail

A plunge saw is a hand-held saw whose blade lowers into the material from above and moves along a guide rail. This makes cuts straight, clean, and repeatable. The Victool model with a 2200 W motor is designed for work in a workshop and on a construction site, for processing furniture boards, plywood, laminate, and solid wood.

Power and cutting depth

The motor with copper winding spins the blade up to 5200 rpm, allowing fast cutting without tearing out the edge. The maximum cutting depth is 57 mm at a 90 degree angle and 42 mm at 45 degrees. The depth is set using a clear scale.

Rail and base plate

The set includes two aluminum rails 700 mm long, which when joined with a connecting bar give a guide of about 1.4 m. The aluminum base plate glides smoothly on the rail, reduces vibration, and makes it easier to make long rip and cross cuts, for example when building cabinets or shelves.
