WEICON Zinc spray 400 ml – anti-corrosion protection for metal

The professional WEICON zinc spray provides lasting cathodic corrosion protection for all metal surfaces. It works well for protecting welds, drilled holes and structural elements exposed to moisture and weather, including in automotive work, the workshop and small metal repairs.

Performance

The product works over a wide temperature range, from −50°C to +500°C. In salt spray chamber tests according to DIN EN ISO 9227 it showed corrosion resistance exceeding 1050 hours. The coating becomes dust-dry after about 15 minutes, forming a durable barrier resistant to thermal and corrosive conditions.

• Protecting fences, pipes, tanks, gates and machine parts
• Protecting welds and drilled areas
• Primer, sealant or finishing coat on metal
• Resistance to abrasion and mechanical stress

How to use

Clean the surface, shake the can and spray in a crosswise motion from a distance of about 25 cm. Coverage is approx. 2–2.8 m² per liter.
