Wiltec – mobile 80 l oil drainer

A workshop oil drainer on four wheels, with an adjustable bowl height from 122 to 168 cm. It is placed under a car standing on a lift, and the oil drains by gravity through the funnel into the tank. The 80 l drainer capacity lets you service many cars before emptying.

Construction

• 80 l powder-coated steel tank,
• drain bowl about 40 cm in diameter with a strainer,
• telescopic column with a height lock,
• level indicator and a chassis with 4 wheels.

Emptying

Once full, the tank is connected to a compressor – emptying with compressed air at a pressure of 0.6–0.7 bar pushes the used oil through a hose into a barrel or waste container. There is no need to tilt the heavy device.

The drainer speeds up oil changes in a workshop, protects the floor from contamination and makes waste sorting easier.
