The Robot Vacuum T12 uses a laser LDS sensor that scans its surroundings and creates a map of the home. As a result the robot cleans methodically, in rows, reaches selected rooms and also copes in the dark. A set of a dozen or so sensors helps it avoid obstacles and not fall down stairs.

Vacuuming and mopping

Suction power of up to 3500 Pa with four power levels is enough for dust, crumbs and pet hair on hard floors and carpets. The 2-in-1 tank combines a 300 ml dust bin and a 170 ml water tank, and three water flow levels let you avoid soaking laminate floors when mopping.

App and privacy

Schedules, maps and no-go zones are set in the Xiaomi Home app, and the robot also works with Google and Alexa assistants. A security chip and a TÜV Rheinland cybersecurity certificate protect the home map data. The flat body fits under most beds and sofas.
