Zite Tele Rod 2.7 m – universal telescopic fishing rod, cork handle

Zite Tele Rod 2.7 m – universal telescopic fishing rod

The Zite Tele Rod telescopic fishing rod is simple, versatile equipment for anglers who do not want to limit themselves to one fishing technique. Thanks to its telescopic construction, it collapses in an instant to a small size, so it easily fits in carry-on luggage, a backpack or a car trunk. It is an ideal solution for a trip to a lake, a holiday by the water or a spontaneous fishing trip when there is no room for a long, one-piece rod.

Construction and workmanship

The rod shaft is made of reinforced fiberglass, which provides good durability while keeping the weight of the whole set low – only about 80 grams for the blank alone. This construction withstands everyday use, transport and collapsing well, and at the same time does not tire the hand during long hours by the water. The handle is made of cork, a material valued by anglers for good bite sensitivity, moisture resistance and a pleasant, warm grip even at low temperatures.

Uses

A rod 2.7 meters long with a power rated as light works for spinning for predatory fish and other species found in local waters, such as carp, eel or pike-perch. The lure weight range is from 30 to 80 grams, which gives plenty of freedom in choosing a setup – from light spoons to heavier bottom lures. Thanks to its universal character, the rod suits anglers just starting out in the sport as well as being backup or travel gear for more experienced ones.

Ease of use

The set includes a fabric transport bag that protects the collapsed rod from scratches and makes it easier to carry the gear together with the rest of the fishing equipment. Quick assembly and disassembly make the rod suitable for trips with a child as well, when convenience and the time needed to set up the spot count.
