Ajusa 51017000 – full engine gasket set VW Transporter T4/LT 2.5 TDI

Ajusa 51017000 – full engine gasket set

The full engine gasket set from the Spanish brand Ajusa contains all the sealing elements needed for a major engine overhaul, including replacing the cylinder head gasket, overhauling the cylinder head or replacing the oil pan. A complete set eliminates the risk of missing one of the small gaskets during assembly.

When a full set is needed

• Replacing the head gasket after it has blown
• Major engine overhaul (head grinding, piston replacement)
• Oil system repair requiring removal of the oil pan and valve cover
• Intake and exhaust manifold repair

Set contents

The set includes a complete set of gaskets made to OE specifications, matched to the 2.5 TDI/SDI diesel engines used in Volkswagen commercial vehicles. The material and construction of the individual gaskets are chosen specifically for the place of use (head, oil pan, valve cover, manifolds).

Application

The set fits 2.5 TDI/SDI engines (engine codes including AGX, AHD, AVR, ANJ, AYC, AUF) fitted in the VW Transporter T4 and VW LT 28-35/28-46 II. Before buying, confirm compatibility with your specific engine code.

Installation

Installing the set requires removing the cylinder head and other engine components, so it is recommended to have it done in a car workshop by a mechanic experienced in diesel engine repair.
