DeTec. – 30 t electric hydraulic workshop press

A heavy-duty workshop press with 30 tons of force for car workshops, machinery service shops and industrial plants. This hydraulic press with a 230 V electric drive saves the operator's strength and allows repeatable pressing processes without manual pumping.

Electric control

Convenient electric control is done with a hand switch or a foot pedal, which frees your hands to position the workpiece. A built-in pressure gauge shows the current force, and an LED lamp lights the work area.

Construction

• fully welded steel frame,
• work table adjustable to 6 height positions,
• cylinder that slides sideways with a scale,
• two pressing blocks included.

Typical tasks include pressing in bearings in steering knuckles and hubs, pressing out wishbone bushings, straightening shafts, pressing pins and fitting gears. The press is delivered as pallet freight – because of its weight of approx. 174 kg it requires a stable floor and help with unloading.
