DeWALT DCS565NT – compact 165 mm circular saw XR 18V

Light and maneuverable

The DCS565 is a cordless handheld circular saw with a 165 mm blade and a brushless motor. The smaller blade means lower weight and easier one-handed guiding, while still giving enough cutting depth for OSB boards, plywood, battens and planks. The blade is on the left side, which improves visibility of the cutting line for right-handed users.

Convenient settings

• tool-free depth and bevel adjustment with stops at 22.5 and 45 degrees (max. approx. 50 degrees)
• shortened front guard, LEDs and a blower that clears the cutting line
• spindle lock and a wrench stored in the housing
• electronic brake
• AirLock dust extraction port for a vacuum

The electronics continuously monitor battery temperature and current draw, protecting the cells from overload and deep discharge.

Bare tool version

The version without a battery and charger – fits any DeWALT XR 18V battery, and for longer work 5 Ah cells perform best. The kit includes a 24-tooth carbide blade, a parallel guide and a TSTAK VI case.
