Dilwe Bicycle Spoke Nipples 14G, 14 mm – Set of 80 Pieces

Dilwe – bicycle spoke nipples

A spoke nipple is a small but key part of a bicycle wheel – it connects the spoke to the rim and lets you adjust its tension while truing the wheel. The set contains 80 pieces, which is enough for a complete replacement on one or two wheels.

Parameters

• Length: 14 mm
• For 14G spoke wire
• Color: blue

Uses

The nipples are used when building a wheel from scratch, when replacing a damaged or corroded spoke, and when truing a wheel when the old nipples are worn or rounded off and no longer hold the right tension.

Installation note

A separate spoke wrench (available separately), matched to the head size, is needed to tighten and adjust the nipples. A properly chosen and tensioned nipple ensures even spoke tension throughout the wheel, which translates into its durability and riding stability.
