Retevis RM01P – waterproof floating marine VHF radio

Retevis RM01P – handheld VHF radio for boats

The Retevis RM01P is a portable marine VHF radio intended for fishermen, sailors and port and marina staff. Its construction, resistant to water and accidental drops overboard, makes the device well suited to typical conditions on a boat.

Waterproofing and floating

The radio has an IP67 rating, withstanding immersion at a depth of 1 meter for 30 minutes. If it falls into the water, it does not sink but floats on the surface, which makes it easier to find and retrieve. The vibrating water-draining function helps keep the microphone and speaker working after getting wet.

Communication and safety

The device supports 88 VHF channels, including the emergency channel CH16, used to call for help and to contact other vessels and coastal stations in emergencies.

Battery and charging

The built-in 1750 mAh battery provides up to 15 hours of continuous talk or 66 hours in standby mode. The radio charges through a convenient USB-C port, which makes it easy to use standard chargers.
