CTEK NXT 5 – smart 12V 5A car battery charger

CTEK NXT 5 – car battery charger

A smart 12 V charger with a 5 A charging current, compatible with both lead-acid and lithium (LiFePO4) batteries. The model is based on the proven CTEK MXS 5.0 design, with a reinforced housing and the brand's Swedish engineering.

Charging features

The charger has patented desulfation and reconditioning modes that help restore deeply discharged batteries and extend their service life. An additional AGM optimization speeds up charging of Start/Stop and AGM batteries, and automatic temperature compensation adjusts charging parameters to climate conditions.

Safety and maintenance

The Float/Pulse maintenance mode keeps the battery in good condition during longer periods when the vehicle is not in use. The charger is spark-free and protected against reverse polarity, which is meant to protect the car's sensitive electronics during connection.

Build

Sturdy, rubberized cables and a housing resistant to splashes and dust are meant to ensure a long service life, including when used in a garage or outdoors.
