Dewalt DCF850N 18V XR – impact driver, bare tool (no battery)

Dewalt DCF850N – compact 18 V XR impact driver

The Dewalt DCF850N is a compact cordless impact driver from the XR series, equipped with a brushless motor that offers longer drive life and higher energy efficiency than brushed motors. It is suited to driving and removing screws and bolts and to assembly work where both power and compact size matter for working in tight spaces.

Drive and performance

The brushless motor works with 18 V lithium-ion batteries from the Dewalt XR system, offering a maximum speed of up to 3250 rpm and torque of up to 205 Nm. Three speeds let you match the tool to the type of screw and material, and the impact mechanism makes it easier to drive long screws into hard substrates without excessive effort.

Compact, durable design

The housing in the characteristic black and yellow colors is designed for one-handed work – the small size and well-thought-out weight distribution make it easier to maneuver in hard-to-reach places, for example under furniture or in installations. The DCF850N is sold as a bare tool (N), meaning without battery and charger – but it is compatible with batteries and chargers from the Dewalt 18 V/20 V Max system, so you can expand your tool collection without buying further battery kits.
