Celestron Travel Scope 70 - portable refractor telescope with backpack

Celestron Travel Scope 70

A portable refractor telescope with a 70 mm objective, designed for travel and the first steps in astronomy. It is a proven model from one of the leading makers of observing equipment, intended for adults as well as children starting their adventure with sky observation.

High-quality optics

The telescope uses a fully coated optical system with a 70 mm objective and a 700 mm focal length, giving a clear image of objects both in the sky and on the ground. An additional anti-reflective coating increases light transmission, improving the sharpness and contrast of the observed image.

Complete travel set

The set includes two eyepieces (20 mm and 10 mm), a 5x24 finderscope that makes it easier to locate objects, a 45-degree angled adapter and a tripod with an alt-azimuth mount. The whole set fits in a dedicated backpack, which makes it easy to transport on trips and journeys to dark skies.

Easy to use

The alt-azimuth mount with a clutch allows smooth and intuitive pointing of the telescope at the chosen object, without having to learn complicated mechanisms. It is a good solution for beginner sky watchers.
