The Herdio HCS418 ceiling speakers are a set of two flush-mount speakers with a combined power of 160 W, designed to be built into a ceiling. They let you distribute sound around a room without taking up floor space or furniture.

Sound and construction

The speakers use a polypropylene cone with a rubber surround, which translates into clear sound and a longer diaphragm life. The set works in a 2.0 stereo configuration with 8 ohm impedance, and is a good complement to a home theater system or background music.

Installation

Installation does not require a professional crew – a large mounting clamp with a non-slip tread holds the speaker firmly in the ceiling, and the magnetic white cover grille is easy to put on and remove without bending. The cutout size is 16 cm in diameter with a depth of 6 cm.

Applications

Thanks to their moisture resistance, the speakers are suitable for the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and even a covered balcony, in addition to the typical use in a living room or home theater room.
