LASER TREE laser head for DIY engraving and cutting machines

The laser module is the heart of a home engraving and cutting machine - its quality determines the precision of the lines and how effectively different materials are cut. This laser head with a wavelength of 450 nm is suitable for installing in self-built three-axis engraving machines and for replacing a worn module in an existing machine.

• Power adjustment via 5V PWM modulation
• Adjustable beam focus for precise engraving and cutting

Materials

The head works well for engraving and cutting MDF board, wood, paper, leather, bamboo, plastic, rubber and stainless steel. It is not suitable for materials with light-colored, transparent or reflective surfaces (white, blue, transparent, aluminum without an oxide layer).

Installation and safety

The head connects via an XH2.54-3P socket, which makes installation easy in typical DIY machine builds. The manufacturer recommends wearing protective glasses when working with the module to avoid contact of the laser beam (including a reflected one) with your eyes.
