MBM – DN80 flue pipe kit for a pellet stove

A complete set of flue pipes with a diameter of 80 mm, designed to connect a pellet stove or boiler to a chimney. The pipes are made of carbon steel TIG welded and coated with glass-porcelain enamel inside and out, which provides resistance to high temperature and to soot and condensate.

High temperature resistance

The enamel coating is fired at 850°C, and the entire structure (steel + enamel) with a thickness of 0.8 mm withstands operation in the t200°C temperature class. The kit meets the UNI EN 1856-2:2009 and UNI/TS 11278:2008 standards and is suitable for both pellet stoves and gas boilers.

Ready-to-install kit

The set includes straight sections 1 m and 0.5 m long, a 90 degree elbow, a 90 degree MF-F tee with a closed condensation cap, a 150 mm flange and wall clamps with silicone gaskets. Such a kit lets you build a typical stove-to-chimney connection without having to buy individual parts.
