Polynor Pro - PUR spray insulation kit

A sixteen-piece kit for applying spray thermal insulation, including six cans of polyurethane foam, a spray gun, an equipment cleaner and a set of straight and angled nozzles. The solution lets you insulate hard-to-reach places in your home yourself without hiring a construction crew.

Applications

The kit works well for insulating walls, roofs, ceilings, pipes and tanks of complex shapes, both in new buildings and when retrofitting older structures. The foam adheres well to surfaces of unusual geometry, where traditional insulation materials are hard to fit.

Coverage and properties

One can covers about 2 m² at a layer thickness of 2.5 cm or 1 m² at a thickness of 5 cm. Surface drying time is approx. 40 minutes, and the foam fully cures after 24 hours, which allows further construction work to continue relatively quickly.
