A bottom bracket is a bearing assembly located in the lower part of the bicycle frame, on which the crank spindle sits. The Mimoke model uses the popular threaded BSA standard with a 68 mm width, used in many mountain, road and trekking bikes.

Construction

The bottom bracket is designed for cranks with a square spindle taper, an older but still common solution on recreational and touring bikes.
