KUNYOS 26 Inch Bicycle Wheelset – Disc Brake, Aluminum

KUNYOS – 26 inch bicycle wheelset for disc brakes

A pair of wheels designed for mountain bikes with disc brakes, made with an ultralight double-wall aluminum alloy rim. The set includes a front and a rear wheel, ready for tire installation.

Rim parameters

• Size: 26 inch
• Rim height 21 mm, outer width 25 mm, inner width 19 mm
• Schrader valve
• 32 spoke holes (front and rear)

Hub and compatibility

The hubs are made of aluminum alloy, with a quick release and bearings (2 in front, 4 at the rear). The axle spacing is 100 mm at the front and 135 mm at the rear, and the HG cassette body works with 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12-speed cassettes (depending on the number of gears, an additional spacer may be required).

Weight and use

The front wheel weighs approx. 870 g and the rear approx. 1016 g, which makes the set relatively light for aluminum wheels. It will work as a replacement when repairing a mountain bike or when upgrading a cheap factory steel rim.
