SONGMICS Adjustable dumbbell set 2x10 kg - cast iron 2-in-1 dumbbells

SONGMICS Adjustable 2-in-1 dumbbell set

This is a set of two short cast iron dumbbells with a total weight of 20 kg, which thanks to their modular construction can be freely lightened or loaded, and even joined into one long training barbell. The solution works well in a home gym, where compact equipment and the ability to quickly change the load matter, without buying separate dumbbells for each level of advancement.

Weight adjustment

The set includes 8 cast iron plates - 4 pieces of 2.5 kg and 4 pieces of 1.25 kg - which are placed on two short bars. Four star collars press the plates on securely, so the load does not shift or rattle during exercise, which is a common problem with cheaper sets.

Comfortable grip and durability

The 14 cm handles have a non-slip, ribbed surface that provides a secure grip even with sweaty hands. The whole set is made of cast iron with a powder coating, and the bars are galvanized, which protects against corrosion with regular, long-term use.

Versatile training

The dumbbells let you train practically every part of the body - arms, shoulders, chest, abs, back and legs - and are suitable for both beginners and more advanced exercisers. The included connecting tube lets you assemble the two dumbbells into one 35-centimeter barbell in a few minutes for two-handed exercises, such as presses or curls.
