Covalliero RugBe SuperFly - light fly rug for horses

A protective rug designed for horses spending time in the pasture or paddock in the warmer months of the year. The densely woven, breathable polyester effectively shields the horse from flies and other stinging and biting insects, without restricting air circulation around the animal's body.

Protection and comfort

The material is UV resistant and has a shiny surface that helps protect the horse from overheating on sunny days. The padded area around the chest prevents rubbing, and a large tail flap additionally shields the rear of the body from insects.

Fit and fastening

The rug has a removable neck section fastened with hook-and-loop closures, so it can be adapted to the needs of a particular horse or the rug body can be used on its own. Elastic, removable leg straps stop the rug from shifting during movement and play in the pasture.

Care

The rug can be machine washed at 30 degrees Celsius, which makes it easy to keep clean after a season of use in the paddock.
