The Skagen F-1 Offshore from the Norwegian brand Helly Hansen is a high-performance deck shoe designed for sailors who need secure footing on a wet deck while keeping comfort and breathability. The hybrid construction with open mesh increases the breathability and flexibility of the upper.

Protection and construction

Seamless, structured overlays protect the foot both from contact with deck hardware and from bumps against hard parts of the boat or rocks on the pier. The removable EVA insole is made of quick-drying microfiber with an antibacterial Clarino-type treatment, which limits unpleasant odor even after long contact with water.

Stability and grip

A density class 2 EVA center post provides additional stability when moving around the deck, and the outsole uses a multi-zone tread of non-marking rubber compound, designed specifically for grip on wet boat surfaces. The model is fully waterproof.
