Leapiture 50 cm Complete Ice Fishing Rod and Reel Set

Leapiture - Complete Ice Fishing Rod Set

The Leapiture fishing set is a ready-made solution for people starting out with ice fishing, and for experienced anglers looking for a handy backup set for winter trips. The short, 50 centimeter ice fishing rod is designed specifically for fishing through an ice hole, where compact size and high sensitivity to delicate bites matter.

Construction

The rod is made of lightweight, durable carbon fiber, which lets you feel even subtle nibbles from a fish under the ice, when the amplitude of the lure's movement is very limited. The other elements of the set, including the reel, are made of ABS and high-carbon steel, which provides adequate resistance to harsh winter conditions.

Set contents

The set includes a rod, an ice fishing reel pre-spooled with 4 lb monofilament line, ten hooks designed specifically for fishing under ice, a box to store them and a scoop, useful for clearing ice from the hole. The pre-spooled line lets you skip the time-consuming threading and start fishing right away.

Uses

The set is designed for classic ice fishing and works for catching species such as pike, perch, carp or catfish, depending on the fishing spot and the time of the winter season. Because of its compact size and complete equipment, it is also a good gift idea for someone interested in winter fishing.
