YIHUA 858D – hot air station

The YIHUA 858D rework station uses a stream of hot air for jobs that cannot be done with an ordinary soldering iron – removing and mounting SMD components, including BGA, QFP or PLCC chips on phone boards and other electronics.

Temperature control

The blower temperature can be set in the range of 100-500°C, and the PID control system keeps it stable, which protects sensitive components from overheating during rework. The digital LCD display shows the current temperature in real time.

Features that make work easier

After the gun is placed in its holder, the device automatically cools the blower to 100°C before shutting off, which reduces wear on the heating element and extends its life. The station suits both beginners and advanced service technicians expanding their workshop with SMD soldering skills.
