The Grand Canyon Cardova 1 camping tent is a lightweight tunnel tent for one or two people, designed for hiking, trekking and camping. The design lets you pitch it on your own in about five minutes, even in tougher weather conditions, making it a practical choice for longer trips.

Construction and materials

The rainfly is made of 100% polyester with a polyurethane coating and a waterproof rating of 3000 mm, and the frame consists of lightweight fiberglass poles fed through sleeves. The polyurethane tent floor additionally protects against ground moisture. The inner tent is made of breathable mesh, and it can be pitched on its own on dry days, which improves ventilation.

Functionality

The Cardova 1 camping tent has one door, one vestibule for gear, and a set of five pegs and two guy lines included. The floor area, 165 cm wide and almost 270 cm long, provides room for one person with luggage or two people in a snug arrangement. The maximum interior height is 115 cm. The weight of the whole tent is about 2.2 kg, so you can carry it without much extra load in your backpack.
