WEILAOK Epoxy Resin and Fiberglass Mat Kit

A repair kit based on epoxy resin and fiberglass mat, designed for laminating and reinforcing damaged car body parts, boat hulls, pipes and other surfaces. After the resin is combined with the mat, a durable, weather-resistant composite material is formed.

Applications

The product works well for repairing holes and abrasions in car bodies, reinforcing thin or corroded sheet metal parts and laminating surfaces exposed to mechanical loads. It is also used outside the automotive field – for repairing boats, campers, bathtubs, pools or pipes.

Kit contents

• Epoxy resin 200 ml
• Hardener 100 ml
• Fiberglass mat with an area of 1 m²
• Brush, 60 ml measuring cup and 2 mixing sticks

How to use

The resin is mixed with the hardener in a 2:1 ratio and applied to a cleaned surface, then the fiberglass mat is laid out and saturated with resin using a brush, pressing until air bubbles are removed. The process is repeated until the desired layer thickness is reached. Initial curing takes place after approx. 12 hours, and full curing after 24 hours at room temperature.
