aqxreight - 8 mm one-way fuel check valve

A universal check valve intended for installation in a car's low-pressure fuel systems. It prevents fuel from flowing back into the line and tank, which makes engine starting easier and keeps a stable fuel level in the line between vehicle starts.

Uses

The valve is installed in fuel, biofuel and carburetor systems where fluid flow in only one direction is required. It is suitable for gasoline, diesel and water - but it must not be used with methyl alcohol, the combustion of which produces formic acid that destroys the valve. An arrow on the housing indicates the flow direction, which makes correct installation in the system easier.

Build and parameters

The valve body is made of anodized aluminum alloy, which ensures longer life compared to plastic valves and resistance to corrosion. Push-lock fittings prevent the hose from slipping off the connector. The opening pressure is 0.2 bar, and the working pressure range is 0.2-6 bar at an operating temperature of -30 to 130 degrees C.

Installation

The valve should be inserted into the fuel line according to the arrow direction, and the connections secured with hose clamps to prevent the hose from slipping off. The simple design makes installation quick and requires no special tools.
