A large set of 834 rubber O-ring seals made of nitrile rubber (NBR), a material commonly used in fuel systems because of its resistance to contact with gasoline, diesel and fuel-ethanol blends. The kit contains 32 sizes in the SAE standard and 32 sizes in the metric standard, which lets you choose the right seal for most fittings, connectors and caps used in a car's fuel system.

Application

The O-ring seals in this kit are useful for fuel system repairs: sealing fuel line fittings, tank caps, fuel pump connections or the fuel filter. The operating temperature range of -30 to 120 degrees C and resistance to ozone and weather mean the seals retain their flexibility and tightness even in demanding vehicle operating conditions.

In addition to the O-rings themselves, the kit includes 8 hooks and probes of various lengths that make it easier to remove old seals, hoses, clamps or washers during fuel system service work. The pieces are packed in compartments marked with sizes, so the seal you need is quick to find.
