AROT corrugated protective conduit 63 mm - solid cable protection for electrical work

The AROT corrugated conduit by EDO is a double-wall protective conduit for electrical work, designed for laying electrical and telecommunication cables underground, in concrete and outside buildings. The coil is 25 meters long with a 63 mm outer diameter, which allows it to hold larger cable bundles - from power connections, through photovoltaic installations, to monitoring systems and garden lighting.

Durability and tightness

The conduit is built from two layers of polyethylene (PE): an outer layer resistant to UV radiation (up to 12 months of exposure), and a smooth inner layer that reduces friction when pulling cables through. Mechanical strength of 450N protects the cables from ground pressure, damage during trench backfilling and weather conditions. The IP56 protection rating ensures it is sealed against dust, mud and water, and the operating range from -10°C to +60°C makes it a universal conduit for year-round use, including in harsher weather conditions.

Convenient installation

The conduit comes with a factory-fitted steel pull wire for pulling cables and a PE coupler, so connections between sections are tight and durable without additional accessories. The blue color is the standard marking for electrical conduits, which makes it easier to identify the installation in a trench and distinguish it from other utilities (e.g. water or gas).

Applications

The AROT 63 corrugated conduit is suitable for building electrical connections to a house, garage or gazebo, for photovoltaic installations, garden lighting, cable ducts in switchboards, and for industrial projects.
