VEVOR Roof Rack Cross Bars, aluminum, no rails required, 70 kg

VEVOR Roof Rack Cross Bars

A universal VEVOR cross bar system designed for mounting on the roof of cars that have no factory side rails. It is the basic element of any roof rack - two aluminum cross bars mounted directly on the vehicle roof using straps, hooks and pads, with no need to drill holes in the body.

The set consists of two aluminum bars 108 cm long and a set of mounting parts: four bases, base pads, galvanized plates matching the shape of the roof, A and B type hooks, locking blocks, sheet metal covers and M6 flange nuts, as well as a mounting wrench and an instruction manual. The design is compatible with an inner distance between the roof gutters of 1050-1090 mm.

Installation and capacity

The system is intended for 4- or 5-door vehicles (not recommended for 2-door models) - before buying, it is worth measuring the roof width to make sure it fits. The declared load capacity is nearly 70 kg, which allows additional accessories such as roof boxes, baskets or ski carriers to be mounted, building a complete transport system on this base.

The bars are made of aluminum, which gives a good strength-to-weight ratio - the whole set weighs 3.2 kg, and installation is done with fastening straps, without interfering with the car body.

VEVOR is a well-known manufacturer of automotive and workshop equipment, offering products with good value for money, appreciated by users looking for universal transport solutions.

Who it is for

The product is recommended for drivers of cars without factory roof rails who want to install a basic cross bar system for additional transport accessories - boxes, baskets or sports carriers.
