The Royal Catering RCPKG-2200-R contact grill is a professional catering appliance designed for restaurants, cafes, fast food outlets and catering companies, although it will work just as well in a larger household. Thanks to two-sided grilling on 33 x 22 cm cast iron plates, food is prepared faster than in an ordinary pan or a one-sided grill.

Power and temperature control

The 2200 W heating element quickly brings the ribbed plates to the desired temperature in the 50-300°C range, and the thermostat keeps it constant throughout cooking. The top and bottom plates heat independently, ensuring even heating from both sides - this works well for panini, sandwiches, burgers, steaks or grilled vegetables.

Construction and cleaning

The stainless steel housing makes it easy to keep the appliance clean, and the removable grease tray lets you quickly remove excess fat after grilling. A brush for cleaning the grooved grill plates is included in the set.
