The Gastrobedarf Westerbarkey catering basin is a professional sink designed for restaurant kitchens, bars, pizzerias and other food service venues. Made of chrome-nickel steel, resistant to corrosion and intensive daily use in catering conditions.

Dimensions and construction

The basin measures 40 x 40 x 30 cm and is equipped with a 1 1/4 inch stamped drain outlet and a standpipe 275 mm high. Welded, unpolished edges increase hygiene and make the surface easier to clean. The design allows convenient wall mounting, which makes it easier to plan a dishwashing station in a commercial kitchen.

Use

The catering basin is suitable for washing dishes and kitchen equipment, and for use with catering brushes up to 25 cm high or glass-washing machines - a solution often used in bars at the glass-washing station. The 1 1/4 inch pop-up drain valve ensures efficient water drainage.
