The BAOFENG 88E is a set of two two-way radios operating in the PMR446 band, intended both for children's play and for work or communication during outdoor activities. Range depends on the terrain - by the sea without obstacles it can reach 3-4 km, in the countryside and suburbs about 1.5 km, and inside buildings several dozen floors up and down.

Sound quality

The walkie-talkies offer 16 memory channels and DCS/CTCSS noise reduction, so communication stays clear even in noisy surroundings. The built-in LED works as a flashlight, useful in the dark.

Power and charging

Each walkie-talkie has a 1500 mAh lithium-ion battery, enough for 8-12 hours of operation. A convenient USB cable is used for charging and can be connected to a wall charger, car charger, laptop or power bank.

Operation

Just switch the unit on, set both units to the same channel and press the PTT button to start talking - operation is simple for both children and adults. The set also includes headsets, belt clips and wrist straps.
