Maclean MCTV-947 - omnidirectional DVB-T2 terrestrial antenna

Maclean MCTV-947 - terrestrial TV antenna

The Maclean MCTV-947 antenna is used to receive terrestrial television, including the digital DVB-T2 standard with HEVC H.265 encoding. Its small size and low weight allow it to be mounted in many places: on a roof, a balcony, in a window, and also on mobile objects such as a car or a yacht.

Omnidirectional pattern

The key advantage of the antenna is its omnidirectional, horizontal reception pattern, so it does not need to be aimed precisely at the transmitter, unlike classic directional antennas. This makes installation easier and means the antenna works well in places where the signal direction changes.

Sealed housing

The antenna housing is sealed, which lets it operate in various weather conditions, such as rain, frost or strong sun, without losing reception performance throughout the season.

Power and connection

The antenna is powered through the coaxial cable, which at the same time carries the amplified signal to the TV receiver. With signal splitters you can connect several TVs at once, using a 75 Ohm coaxial cable.
