Shipsy Christmas Eve wafers (oplatek) - set of 3 large and 2 small

Shipsy Christmas Eve wafers - set of 3 large and 2 small sheets

The wafer (oplatek) is an indispensable part of a Polish Christmas Eve. This set contains five sheets: three large ones, meant for breaking at the table, and two smaller ones, which work as an accompaniment to dishes or for individual treats. The embossed pattern is chosen at random.

Tradition at the Christmas Eve table

Sharing the wafer symbolizes mutual forgiveness, kindness and family unity. The set of Christmas Eve wafers goes well with hay under the tablecloth and an empty place for an unexpected guest, that is, with the other customs of Christmas Eve.

Convenience

• five sheets in one sachet,
• flat, light packaging that is easy to store,
• large and small sizes in one set.

Details

The Christmas Eve wafers in this set are a practical way to keep the festive custom even with a smaller table or as a supplement to a larger number of wafers in the family. Just open the sachet right before dinner so the sheets stay fresh and undamaged.
