Motoforti gas springs 500 mm 200 N, 2 pcs – universal for cars, black

Motoforti – car gas springs 500 mm / 200 N, set of 2 pieces

A set of two universal gas springs that make it easier to lift and hold flaps, covers and small doors. Car gas springs come in handy on a hood, trunk lid, motorhome windows or built-in cabinets. Once opened, the element stays in the desired position, leaving your hands free for work.

Use

The product is universal: it fits many cars and trucks, motorhomes, boats, motorcycles, as well as tool boxes and storage compartments. Before buying, measure the mounting distance and the weight of the lid being lifted, to choose the right force.

Construction

• carbon steel body with a black finish,
• resistance to rust and corrosion in rain, snow and moisture,
• extended length 500 mm, compressed 300 mm,
• force 200 N (approx. 20 kg), load range 170–230 N.

Installation

Measure the mounting location, screw on the brackets, and then push the gas spring onto the ball ends. Installation does not require complicated tools.

Included

2 gas springs (lifting supports). If your lid is heavier, use more springs or a model with a higher force.
