Wellax We001 - acupressure mat with pillow, orange

Wellax We001 - acupressure set with mat and pillow

The acupressure mat is a popular home method from the circle of alternative medicine. The surface covered with numerous plastic spikes presses on the skin, giving an intense but controlled sensation similar to point massage. The Wellax We001 set includes a mat and a matching spiked pillow, so you can work on both your back and your neck.

How to use

The mat is laid out on the floor, bed, or sofa and you lie on it, preferably at first in a thin T-shirt. The first few minutes can be quite noticeable, so it is worth starting with short sessions and gradually extending them. The pillow can be placed under the neck or under the lower back, or used for the feet and hands. The set works well as part of an evening relaxation ritual or a short break after exertion.

Construction

• spikes made of TPE plastic,
• coconut fiber filling,
• mat dimensions 95 x 42 cm, thickness about 3 cm,
• orange color,
• a carrying bag is included, which makes it easy to take the mat on a trip.

Specifications

An acupressure mat does not replace treatment or a doctor's advice. People with skin conditions, pregnancy, or circulatory system disorders should consult a specialist before using it.

It is a handy addition to home alternative medicine: acupressure on a spiked mat, complemented by a spiked pillow, lets you bring a moment of relaxation into your day. The spiked mat takes up little space and is easy to put away after use.
