Revell Bismarck 1:350 – plastic battleship model kit

Revell Bismarck 1:350 – battleship model kit

The Revell RV05040 kit lets you build a large replica of the German battleship Bismarck in 1:350 scale. It is a classic plastic Bismarck battleship model for modelers who like elaborate projects and faithful reproduction of a warship. Once assembled, the model is about 72 cm long, so it looks great on a shelf or in a display case.

What sets the kit apart

• 659 plastic parts, unpainted and unvarnished,
• two Arado 196 seaplanes with glazed cockpits,
• searchlights, lifeboats and extra deck details,
• masking instructions and decals for two periods of the ship's service.

Who it is for

This is a 1:350 glue-together model for people with some experience who want to build a display warship model with their own hands. The kit requires plastic cement and model paints, which are bought separately. As a Revell model kit it offers good part fit and rich detail, and the 1:350 scale leaves plenty of room for precise painting and weathering.
