MBH – professional gas range with two burners and a 40 x 40 cm laminated plate

The MBH commercial gas range combines two powerful burners with a central griddle plate made of rolled steel, so it works well in bars, restaurants and food service outlets. The whole unit is housed in a stainless steel cabinet with rounded edges that make cleaning easier.

Burners and plate

The two main burners are rated 5.7 kW each, and the additional burner under the plate delivers 3.2 kW, for a total of 14.6 kW. The 40 x 40 cm cast iron grates are resistant to high temperature, and the burners can be fully removed for washing. Each has a safety thermocouple, and ignition is electric.

Ease of use

• removable pressed stainless steel drip tray,
• metal knobs with maximum and minimum markings,
• removable front panel for easier servicing,
• adjustable feet for leveling the unit.

The range is adapted for butane gas and comes with nozzles for natural gas.
