NOW Foods BetterStevia – stevia sweetener in packets, 100 pieces

NOW Foods BetterStevia – stevia sweetener in packets

BetterStevia from NOW Foods is a stevia sweetener in convenient packets, in a pack of 100. Made from organic stevia, it contains no erythritol and, according to the manufacturer, is a zero calorie product.

Who it is for

The manufacturer labels the sweetener as suitable for diabetics, with a low glycemic index and friendly to the keto diet. The label also states that it is gluten-free, Non-GMO Project verified, kosher, and suitable for vegans and vegetarians. It contains no sugar.

How to use

The packet can be dissolved in hot or cold drinks: coffee, tea, lemonade or smoothies. It has a neutral taste, and one serving replaces a serving of sugar, so it makes it easier to cut down sugar in your daily diet.

Individual packets are convenient while traveling, at work and on the go. Remember that in metabolic diseases it is worth consulting a doctor or dietitian about your diet.

Stevia is a plant whose leaves yield naturally sweet glycosides. The sweetener in packets is convenient to dose: there is no need to measure with a teaspoon, and single servings are easy to carry in a handbag or to the office.
